Terms of Use
Service purpose
Retirement Flight Deck provides educational information, document organization, and estimates related to retirement and benefit planning for United Airlines pilots. It does not manage assets, execute transactions, or provide individualized professional advice.
Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, verify extracted payroll values, and promptly update information that affects estimates. Users may upload only documents they are authorized to use and must accept the payroll-document authorization before uploading.
Estimates and plan changes
Projections depend on user inputs, payroll history, assumptions, and governing documents available to the service. Actual payroll, tax, plan, employer, and investment results may differ. Plan rules, limits, contracts, and laws can change.
Subscriptions
Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, grandfathering, and trial terms must be completed and presented before paid subscriptions begin. No draft pricing statement creates a binding subscription offer.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or rate controls, upload malicious content, interfere with service operation, or use the service in violation of law.
Availability and termination
The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Users may export or delete their data through available account controls.
Legal completion required
Limitations of liability, warranty disclaimers, dispute terms, governing law, business identity, contact information, and subscription provisions must be completed by qualified counsel before paid public launch.
